What data we process and why

We process the data you send us voluntarily when you contact us by telephone, email, WhatsApp or the contact form (name, contact details, content of the message) to reply to your request or to prepare a quotation. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request and our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6.1 letters b and f).

When you visit the website, the servers may record technical browsing data (IP address, date and time, requested page) for security and operation. Other tools (statistics, maps, third-party services) are activated according to the choices you make in the cookie banner: see the Cookie policy.

Who the data may be shared with

Data is not disclosed. It may be processed by suppliers who help us manage the website and communications (hosting, email, WhatsApp/Meta, Google for maps), appointed as processors where required.

For how long

We keep requests for as long as necessary to reply and, if a relationship begins, for the periods required by law. Browsing data is kept for the period set by the hosting provider.

  • request rectification or erasure;
  • restrict or object to processing;
  • request data portability;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on it;
