Terms and conditions

These conditions briefly describe how charter and rental requests work on this website. The relationship is governed by the charter contract with dedicated crew or by the rental contract, both available as PDFs from the website footer. How to request a boat

The website does not sell online and does not accept payments. You choose the boat and the dates in the “Prices and availability” calendar and send your request on WhatsApp: the price shown is indicative, calculated on the seasonal rates. A request becomes a booking only after our confirmation.

Crewed charter and bareboat rental

On a charter a skipper and assistance crew are on board for the whole period and a welcome aperitif is offered. On a bareboat rental the hull is handed over without a crew: a boating licence is required, or an optional skipper can be added. The rented RIB must be returned with a full tank and clean by 19:00.

What is not included

  • moorings and port fees;
  • local customs taxes, where required;
  • travel costs to the boarding point;
  • fuel; for the Gobbi Atlantis 47 it is calculated on the actual consumption between departure and return. Fuel terms can be agreed at the quote stage.

Optional extras and instalments

Optional extras are: hostess €150 per trip, deckhand €100 per trip and provisioning, whose price is agreed during the negotiation. Payment can be made in instalments with Scalapay and Klarna.

Changes and bad weather

A booking can be changed up to 15 days before the agreed date by calling +39 06 6220 8281. In case of bad weather we assess the forecast together and agree a new date.

Season

The service runs during the season shown in the calendar. From November to March the calendar shows “On request”: the service is available all year round and the price is agreed with a quote on WhatsApp; in months in which a boat has no rate it shows “Not available”.
